New FTRU policy as of Sept 17, 2017: Any family with two cancellations/ and or no-shows (for any reason) to FTRU events per school year for which they have made a reservation will be placed on “Waiting List B” when wishing to sign up for an additional trip within the August to August school year. Families on “Waiting List A” will consist of families wanting to make a reservation for a trip which is full, and who have less than 2 cancellations or no-shows within the August to August school year. When spots open for a trip, FTRU will utilize the names on “Waiting List A” before moving to names on “Waiting List B.” If however, you sell your spot for a field trip that costs money to someone else, a “Strike” will not count against you.
